This ensures our community remains focused purely on comfortable, independent living.

Our rental terms are straightforward and flexible. We operate on a clear month-to-month basis, giving you and your family ultimate peace of mind without being locked into long-term commitments or confusing contracts.
Are meals included?
Yes, most of our homes provide nutritious, home-style meals prepared daily. Our goal is to ensure you enjoy delicious food in a communal, dignified setting without the hassle of cooking, cleaning, or grocery shopping.
We do however also have a home where living is completely independent where you can cook your own meals and shop as you like. Just let us know which setting works best for you. The features of each house are noted on the listings of each location.
Can family visit anytime?
Absolutely. This is your home, and we encourage family and friends to visit. We simply ask that all visitors respect the privacy, peace, and quiet enjoyment of the other residents in the home.
